Most times, this service is free to you - the agent we introduce will pay us a fee for that intro when the transaction closest5. In some cases, especially in Ireland, we’ll ask you to pay a 1% fee upon introduction.
Dunmahon Estates is a project of Frank O’Mahony. Frank was a Realtor for over a decade in Santa Fe and Boulder ~ in fact he still has a Colorado license. He’s sold ranches, condos and single family homes across those areas, as well as completing several property transactions in London, England and in Ireland.
So he knows these markets from the inside, knows the best realtors and is eager to share that knowledge.
