The Next Stage

I’m 66 - What about you?

This, as Cormac McCarthy said, is no country for old men. Or women, I’d add. Or is it? That’s what I’ll be thinking out loud about, and hope to get thoughts and ideas from you, dear reader. Because not only are these truly strange times, but THIS - mid-60’s - is a strange time. Long past the thrusting upwardly mobile worker bee, but far far away from putting your feet up for an afternoon nap. Okay, I’ve done that and it’s a fine thing.

I’ve had a good, if somewhat circuitous and bumpy, communications career in the US and England.
All my body parts seem to be in order. I enjoy good company, but I’m most relaxed with my wife of 30+ years and our cat, whose life has mirrored mine. So, what’s next? Let’s find out, shall we?
