Addressing the Zeitgeist: Black Lives Matter

I just wrote a thought leadership for a client in the professional services business. It’s about Black Lives Matter (link here.) Not an easy piece to write, and kudos to my client for wanting to address the issue. The challenge always for TL is not to cause unecessary controversy or pain, but not be bland. Phil Knight, Nike founder, said that in the end what’s needed is to attract more people than you annoy. Seems like a fair metric to me.
